Mountain-Top Beach Yoga

This gentle adventure starting near Kinlough begins on the Arroo Trail. This trail which is firm underfoot takes us gradually high into the mountain, to a point where we leave the trail and head across the gentle rolling slopes of the mountain to the beautiful Infinity style lake that is Tin Whistle.
The lake was created during the last ice age and today sits in a tranquil setting between mountain peaks and is flanked on one side with beach of sand and tiny pebbles that are brilliant white in colour. Reaching this wonderous mountain top lake we roll out our mats on these sandy shores for a first ever mountain-top beach yoga and picnic. From this beach the infinity lake view is revealed.
The Hike is Graded C, easy ramble. Snacks and hot beverage included. Order your Sweet Beat Salad and Juice as optional extra when booking. Bring water and additional snacks of your preference.
