We will be starting early, at 5am on the 5th of September, to catch the Sunrise from Kings Mountain. Another unexpected wonder, reaching the peak of Kings Mountain gives you a new perspective on just how diverse the Co. Sligo landscape is. Since our first hike on Kings in 2018 I have had the pleasure of looking at that inconspicuous peak (like a miniature Benbulben but closer to Glencar) and knowing how incredible the land looks looking back from that point. You only need to climb it once to gain that perspective but once you’ve done it you’ll want to go again and again. A true explorers dream, guided expertly through hidden gullies and mountain passes by qualified guides from Northwest Adventure Tours. This is a Grade B Hike, similar in height to Benbulben or Benwiskin.
We’ll enjoy nourishing breakfast at the Summit of fruit, granola and fresh scones. Tea and Coffees a Yoga-Hike standard as we claim another epic viewing spot for our Mountain Cafe
COVID-19 guidelines will be in place at all times. You will receive an email upon booking with contact tracing registration form to complete. Please check your email in advance of your booked session. Own equipment is advised, yoga mats not required for this excursion.
