Payment and Cancellation Policy
Cancelation by You
– All deposits payed online are non-refundable
– For cancellations made by you more than two weeks in advance of the event, the deposit is retained.
– For cancellation made by you less than 72 hours in advance of the event, the full amount paid is retained.
Many events are weather permitting and as such may be subject to change or cancellation by Your Wellbeing Warrior.
– Cancellations made by Your Wellbeing Warrior more than 2 weeks in advance of the event the deposit and all amounts payed by you for the event will be reimbursed.
– Cancellations made by Your Wellbeing Warrior less than 72 hours in advance of the event the deposit only is retained but can be reassigned at your request to another event.
