On this day excursion we meet in Mullaghmore village, north Sligo and pedal peacefully together to a new unique yoga location for picnic and stories. This bike excursion is graded as a ‘Moderate’, suitable for people that are active on a regular basis (not necessarily on a bike). The distance is approximately 25km round trip. Starting in Mullaghmore we pedal up towards the Gleniff Horseshoe and take rest stops en-route to tune-in and absorb the expanding views. Our Yoga session will be overlooked by Grainne and Diarmuids Cave with Picnic lunch enjoyed in a babbling forest before free-wheeling our way back to the always welcoming Mullaghmore village.
You can bring your own bike or request a bike after booking, supplied by Northwest Adventure Tours.
