The Spirit Studio of the Riverside Hotel provides us with a safe space to explore mindful movement. Heat, music and the option to freshen up after with shower facilities available makes it an idyllic town centered work-out and walk-out venue.

Join us this September for the New 7 Week Course (starts Monday September 9th running until Monday 21st October). Two classes available:

6.30pm 60min :: Warm Yoga Flow for Beginners (20-25 C)
8.00pm 75min :: Hot Yoga Rhythms for Improvers (30+ C)

• Each practice will start gently and build to a more dynamic flow sequence using music to find rhythm in even the simplest moves. We will finish as always with a meditative relaxation that will allow your body and mind to fully absorb all the benefits of the practice.
• Over the 7 weeks I will share with you the core elements of a vinyasa yoga practice. You will come to understand alignment and sequencing that will bring your practice to a new level of understanding.

Beginners 60min class 6.30pm – 7.30pm :: No experience required, each move and breath will be explained as we flow.  A warm room, gentle progression and keen attention to detail will provide each beginner with the potential to progress to improvers level if so desired.

Improvers 75min class 8pm – 9.15pm. :: These hot yoga sequences with the room maintained above 30 C are designed to take you to the next level in your practice. Some yoga experience is required, or a good fitness level that will allow you to maintain a steady pace and still absorb new information.
