The outdoor yoga session on the peak of Benwiskin provides the most incredible uplifting experience whilst taking in the most glorious breathtaking views of the Wild Atlantic coastline that there is. Benwiskin has stolen my heart, there’s just something about this quiet brother to Benbulben that draws me back again and again. A true Sligo wonder that’s been hiding in plain sight all these years silently overlooking the north Sligo coastline and Gleniff Horseshoe.
This is classified a grade B-Hike due to a moderately challenging ascent followed by a long but easy mountaintop ramble to the peak that is slightly lower than Benbulben itself. You may even get a sense of being witnessed by Big Ben as you journey on. Guided by the qualified Northwest Adventure Tours guides we’ll stop along the way to check-in and check-out the expansive and breath-taking views. Taking our final Yoga practice on the edge as the sun sets over the Wild Atlantic Way. We return to sea level by aid of torch light marking the height of Sligo’s summer vibes on this unique gathering. No Mats required, bring your own water, order your food upon booking or bring along your own if preferred
